Terms of Use for NBA Playoffs Pick'em Contest by Betrics Co.

Contestants will visit the Website and view the contests available for entry (the "Contests"). Contests are for recreational contestants. You must be 21 years of age or older and of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate. All contest entry forms or account profiles must be submitted or registered before the start of the sporting event on which the contest is based. If contestants are playing NBA Playoffs Pick'em, they must create a profile during the NBA Playoffs to qualify for contest activity that week. Any contest entry form or account sign-up submitted after the event has started will be voided unless otherwise approved by a manager. Each Contest by default is free to enter. After each Contest, prizes will be awarded within thirty calendar days. Betrics Co. is committed to integrity, fairness, and reliability for all contests. No contestant may exceed one (1) entry in any singular contest. Betrics Co. products and services may not be legal in some jurisdictions. The website’s availability does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or invitation by us for the use of or subscription to betting or other services in any jurisdiction where these activities are prohibited or regulated by law. It is the contestant’s responsibility to determine the law that applies in the country or jurisdiction where they reside. Contests offered on the Website are contests of skill. Winners are determined by the objective criteria described in the Contest deadline, Rules, scoring, and any other applicable documentation associated with the Contest. From all entries received for each Contest, winners are determined by the individuals who use their skill and knowledge of relevant sports information to accumulate the most Betrics Bucks (“BB”) according to the corresponding scoring rules.
